This guarantee is effective only if the machine has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and if the printer manufacturer or an authorised service agent provides a written report as to the nature of the claim with the express statement that the damage was exclusively caused by our product along with a cost estimate for the repair, prior to the work being carried out. On receipt it may be decided to replace the printer rather than approve the repair. Immediately after the repair the damaged part must be provided and the consumable product which allegedly caused the damage. Under no circumstances will liability be accepted for consequential or special damages however caused.
