Inkjet Park believe that our products come with an unbeatable combination of price and quality and so we offer a 100% replace or refund warranty for 12 months. If you are dissatisfied with your goods simply fill out our return form and our Customer Services team will deal with your return as efficiently as possible.

Return Procedures


If any product from Inkjet Park need to be returned for any reason, the customer shall return the product(s) to Inkjet Park pursuant to the following terms:

 

The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting customer service by filling out the return form detaling as much information as possible. An RMA# must be requested within 3 days of the product becoming defective.
 
Customear shall return the products to Inkjet Park in the original packaging, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is available, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, the invoice number, customer ID (if possible) and your RMA number. Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution to your problem, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems, or concerns regarding your return.
 
You will not receive a refund or reshipment if you use over 70% of the product
 
Inkjet Park will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process.
 
Please retain shipping information until your refund or replacement product is received.
 
If Inkjet Park determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then Inkjet Park reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labour at Inkjet Park's current labour rate, or charge the customer a 25% restocking fee. Inkjet Park will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.
 
If no order number (invoice number) or RMA number is included, there may be a delay in the return process.
 
If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement, a standard replacement will be issued.
 
Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, cartridges in question must be returned
