In order to offer you an efficient service we need to collect some information from you. We need your name and address to know where to send your order and your credit card details, number and expiry date to obtain payment for goods you have ordered. The telephone number and e-mail address is to enable us to contact you should there be any problem with your order.
The information you enter is sent to us via a 128bit secure server and is held only to enable us to complete orders and arrange payment on your instructions. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties. Inkjet Park may wish to contact you in the future if we have products we think you would be interested in. If you do not want to receive any further information then please unsubscribe from our mailing list by sending a blank email to unsubscribe@inkjetpark.com. All of the inkjetpark.com website is copyright Inkjet Park. No reproduction, or copying of any code will be permitted. All of the product images on the site are for visualization, identification and illustration purposes only. The inkjet cartridge images shown on this site are to enable the customer to compare the original cartridges they are currently using. Inkjet Park will see a cartridge that is 100% compatible with the items shown. Our compatible cartridges are guaranteed to be 100% compatible with your printer and provide at least as good quality if not better quality than the original. All of our cartridges come with a manufacture's warranty against defective items.

Cookies
Our site occasionally uses cookies to keep track of the items you choose to buy and your positions on the website. These are temporary and no information is left on your computer once you leave the site.
If you would prefer not to uses cookies you can disable them from within your web browser. The shopping basket system will continue to work on most platforms but if you encounter problems, (e.g. items not appearing or disappearing) you will have to re-enable cookies within your browser if you wish to continue shopping.

Overseas Customers
All items on our site are priced in GBP Sterling and you will be billed in GBP Sterling. This means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Postage
Orders will be subject to a minimum standard delivery charge of £2.99 (inc. VAT) for delivery in the UK. Other delivery options will be given upon ordering. Orders that require a next working day delivery, must be placed and received by our sales department before 1pm, otherwise, the order will be carried over to the next working day. Any orders that require goods being sent outside the UK will be subject to shipping charges available on request. Goods are sent via First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail states that 92% of orders are received the next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to seven working days for your order to be delivered. Orders that weigh over 5kg may occasionally be sent via a courier who aims to delivery within 48 hours of dispatch. All goods ordered before 3.00pm are generally sent out the same day.

Late / Missing Orders
If you order has not been received after seven working days of your email confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the problem immediately. If the order has gone missing in transit, we will dispatch your order again at no extra charge to you. If the order is late due to stock or dispatch issues, we will inform you at our earliest opportunity upon receiving your order.

V.A.T
Our prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. The site will display product prices including and excluding V.A.T where applicable. Upon receipt of your order, enclosed will be a V.A.T invoice.

Quality Assurance
We believe that the goods we offer are of good quality and make every attempt to offer the most efficient service we can. However should our goods or services not live up to your expectations then please contact us using the following e-mail address: customerservices@inkjetpark.com We endeavor to respond to complaints within five working days.

Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product, or a refund will be given upon request. We will refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning the goods quoting your invoice number, name, and email address.
If the wrong items are sent to you instead of the items you have ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the items, and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you. We will also require you to send the goods back via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to us at your earliest opportunity of which we will refund to you any postage costs.
If you believe any of the items to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order quoting you invoice number, name and an email address or telephone number. We will ask you to return the goods to us, which will be tested in our workshops. If the items are found to be faulty, an immediate replacement will be sent out to you or a refund will be issued upon request. If the goods returned are not faulty after being tested by our engineers, you will be charged a restocking and administration fee of 25% of the returned item.

How to Pay
We accept most major credit and debit cards and your payment is processed through a secure server. However, if you do not want to put your card details through the site you can send us a cheque or your credit card details along with your order requirements to Inkjet Park, 9 Briarfields, Kirby Le Soken, Frinton on Sea, Essex, CO13 0HE. Before your order will be processed we will need to receive your payment. You can fax credit card details to 07050 693 913, but please remember to include your order details and your name and address with the order. E&OE.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are processed through a secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
